Helpful Information and Reminders for Merck Customers (May 2020)

CCPAPP and Merck would like to provide our members with some helpful information and reminders to  ensure that Merck's vaccines are reaching providers and patients without disruption and as easily and efficiently as possible during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.

Please review Merck's Customer Letter Dated May 28 2020  and contact your Merck Vaccines Sales Representative with any questions you may have, including those regarding invoices, payment terms, inventory levels, and other topics relating to the purchasing and billing processes applicable to Merck vaccines. You may also contact the Merck Vaccines Customer Center at 877.VAX.MERCK (877.829.6372) for additional assistance regarding:
  • Ordering vaccines directly from Merck
  • Guidance on order quantities (as a reminder, direct vaccine orders from Merck totaling $600 or more exclusive of taxes qualify for free shipping)
  • The Merckvaccines.com website which has tools and resources, including downloadable patient education resources for providers
  • Obtaining printed resources free of charge from a MVCC team member
  • Payment Terms (the temporary payment term extension for direct purchases of Merck vaccines has expired; the Merck standard payment terms now apply to orders for Merck vaccines)
  • Getting in touch with a Merck vaccine representative
